What is the time difference?

We work in the time zone, Central Standard Time: UTC-6, without daylight savings or summer time changes, so you should take this into account when you schedule your classes.

What happens when I request a trial class?

When you request the trial class, you will receive a welcome email, on average, within 24 hours. Your request will be activated and then you will receive a new email in order to schedule your trial class.

 

What do I need to start classes?

If you have headphones, a web cam, a microphone, and an Internet connection, you will only need to schedule the times of your classes and have the willingness to learn a new language.

Can I take classes according to any time schedule?

Schedule availability will be programmed according to your convenience. We try to fit classes among convenient hours for the teachers as well. We have an approximate 24 hour minimum to change, fix, or define the schedule of your preference.

Must I have some knowledge of Spanish before taking classes?

No, we are here to improve your Spanish no matter your level. Each class is prepared to facilitate and enrich your learning.

What methods or methodology do you use?

We divide our time into reviewing questions and doubts, grammar, conversation, pronunciation, and correct utilization of the language. All this is to improve your ability to listen, speak, write, and read. We turn to methods of Neurolinguistics Programming in the language, therefore, we use audiovisual and auditory material in our homework assignments.

The methods vary by the interactions between teacher and student. The teachers are trained to identify and assist each student.

Can I switch teachers?

Of course, with at least 24 hours’ notice and after specifying required qualities for your new teacher.

Can I cancel my class?

You can, but you must cancel with 24 hours’ notice. We must advise the teacher, and with pleasure, you can reschedule it.

If you do not cancel within this time, the class will be counted as a normal class.

What happens if for some reason I arrive late to class?

The teacher will be waiting for 15 minutes. If the student is not found or does not report any situation, the class will be counted as a normal class.

What happens if they are technical difficulties, interference, or some other unaccounted-for situation?

The teacher will try by all means to have the situation controlled. If there is any difficulty on behalf of the teacher, the time will be made up. The class we be rescheduled, or courtesy time will be able to be given. These decisions remain under the discretion of the teacher with the consent of the student, depending on the inconvenience.

Are refunds possible?

We are sorry, we have a no refund policy. Rescheduling or freezing your classes is possible.

Does the package that I want to purchase have an expiration date?

Yes, according to the package that you have bought, it will have a time limit for its use. This is in order to motivate our students to improve every lesson.

1 class expires after 1 month

4 classes expire after 1 month

10 classes expire after 3 months

20 classes expire after 6 months

*Depending on the case, it may be possible that the student requests to temporarily freeze the package.
