Class Policies
We want you to enjoy every lesson and get the most out of your learning experience. These guidelines help us provide an organized, fair, and high-quality service for every student.

Program Duration
Depending on the program you choose, you’ll have 30 to 90 days to complete your lessons. The exact duration will be specified when you enroll.

Rescheduling Lessons
We understand that plans sometimes change.
You may reschedule a lesson free of charge as long as you notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled, and the lesson will be considered completed.

Punctuality
Lessons begin at the scheduled time.
Your teacher will wait up to 15 minutes after the lesson starts.
If the student has not joined by then, the lesson will be considered completed.

Lesson Length
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes, providing the ideal balance for focused, engaging, and effective learning.

Class Materials
After each lesson, you’ll receive the class materials in PDF format, so you can review and continue practicing anytime.

Who Can Join?
At this time, our programs are designed exclusively for adult learners (18 years and older).
